AI Output Disclosure

1. Every image you download is AI-generated
PedestalShot creates output images using AI image models (currently Google's Gemini image models) that restage your uploaded product photo into a new scene. They are synthetic images, not photographs from a physical photoshoot.
2. Your rights in the images you generate
For results generated using your paid or granted credits, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual license to use the image for any commercial purpose — including reproducing, modifying, advertising, publishing, and selling products using it — and we assign you whatever intellectual-property rights we hold in the result. AI-generated images aren't guaranteed to be protectable by copyright in every jurisdiction, and because outputs are AI-generated, someone else could end up with a similar or identical image, so we can't promise exclusivity or that there's any right to assign in the first place. Your rights in your own product and brand aren't affected by any of this — they remain yours. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
3. How it works
You upload a photo of your product and choose a scene. The model uses your photo as a reference and generates a new image intended to place your product in that scene while preserving its appearance.
4. Variability and fidelity limits
Models are instructed to preserve product geometry, color, branding, and readable text, but generation is probabilistic, not deterministic. Details can shift between runs — small text, fine print, exact colors, proportions, or logo placement can differ from your physical product, and results can vary each time you generate.
5. Review before you publish
You're responsible for reviewing every output against your actual product before publishing or using it commercially. Check text, branding, color accuracy, and overall likeness. If an output misrepresents your product, don't use it, and consider reporting it so we can improve.
6. No marketplace or legal compliance guarantee
We don't guarantee that outputs meet the image policies of any marketplace or advertising platform, or that they're accurate or legally compliant representations of your product in every jurisdiction. Confirming compliance before you publish is your responsibility.
7. People in generated scenes
Scenes that include people show entirely fictional, AI-generated adults — the service does not use or recreate the likeness of any real person, and it is not intended to generate depictions of minors under any circumstance.
8. Your disclosure obligations
Some marketplaces, advertising platforms, or jurisdictions may require you to label AI-generated imagery when you use it. Meeting those obligations wherever you publish is your responsibility, not ours.
