Will the AI change what my product looks like?
The system instructs the model to preserve your product's geometry, colors, materials, branding, and readable packaging text, and only restage the environment and lighting. AI generation is not pixel-perfect, so always review outputs for fidelity before publishing — especially fine label text.
What photos work best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where the product fills most of the frame and nothing blocks it. Plain backgrounds help but aren't required.
How do credits work?
A standard image costs 5 credits, and packs of three cost 15–18. You get 15 free credits when you verify your email, monthly plans refill credits each billing period, and top-up credits never expire.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits last until the end of the billing period they were granted in. Purchased top-up credits never expire. Expiring credits are always spent first.
Who owns the generated images?
You do, for commercial use with your products, subject to the Terms of Service. You must own or have rights to the photos you upload.
Are results guaranteed to comply with marketplace image rules?
No. Presets are designed with marketplace conventions in mind, but each marketplace enforces its own policies — review outputs against the rules of the channel where you sell.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are held when you submit and only captured for outputs that complete. If a job fails before producing anything usable, the held credits are released back to your balance.
