Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-25
1. Purpose
This policy sets the rules for using PedestalShot. It's part of our Terms of Service, and violating it can result in blocked generations, restricted accounts, or termination.
2. Permitted use
Generating marketing imagery for products you own, sell, or are otherwise authorized to market.
3. Content you may not upload or generate
Images or products you don't own or aren't authorized to use; images of real, identifiable people uploaded without their consent; any content depicting a minor; nudity or sexually explicit material; violent, hateful, or illegal content; and illegal or counterfeit goods, or products that infringe someone else's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property.
4. People in generated scenes
Scenes that include people show entirely fictional, AI-generated adults created by the model — never real people. You may not attempt to prompt, upload reference images for, or otherwise generate a likeness of a real, identifiable person, and you may never attempt to generate a depiction of a minor in any context.
5. Prohibited platform conduct
Circumventing rate limits, credit accounting, or safety systems; creating duplicate accounts to obtain additional signup grants; using disposable email addresses to bypass verification; probing, disrupting, or reverse-engineering the service; reselling or sharing access without our agreement; and scraping or accessing other users' content without authorization.
6. Enforcement
We may block a generation, restrict an account, or terminate access for violating this policy. Repeated provider safety blocks, unusual signup or request volume, duplicate-account signals, and payment disputes are all treated as abuse signals and reviewed accordingly. Enforcement actions and related account activity are recorded in our audit logs.
7. Reporting
If you see an output or another user's activity that may violate this policy, report it to [email protected]. We also let you report a specific generated output directly in the product; reports are stored to help us improve safety and output quality.
